Items purchased online at Round40 can also be exchanged in Kulte store, 40 Mitropoleos str., Athens.
In case you wish to return an item you have purchased (change of size/colour/design) you must post a Return Request with the required information by clicking the following link:

As soon as we have checked your request, you will receive email notification of the approval of the return and instructions on the shipment and the shipping address. Once we have received your return you will be notified via email again in order to be informed about the final outcome of your request.
In case you wish to change size/colour/design or replace the purchased item, after the approval of return you should submit a new order for the product you wish to purchase.
In the process of submission of your order you must enter you Return Request number in the relevant field. If you fail to do so, you will be fully charged for your new order without deduction of the price of the returned item.
For your convenience, as well as for reasons of better organization and reliability, we would advise you to always make use of this service and not to request returns over the phone or via email.

If you wish to change a purchased item, and only in the case that it has not been used, you should post a return request within 7 days from the date of receipt and ship the item within 3 days of the approval of your request.
Customers requesting an exchange/return will be charged a maximum amount of 3€ (for orders within Greece, or 15€ for orders outside Greece) for the shipping costs of their new order.
In case the item you received is not the product you ordered, you should post a Return Request within 3 days of receipt and make product shipment within 2 days of the approval of the request.
In this case there is no charge to the customer for replacement.
Returns of defective products will be accepted only if the products prove to have been defective upon receipt. In Round40 we make every effort to inspect thoroughly every item before shipping.
Items returned as defective will be inspected on receipt. If they prove to have been subject to damage due to usage, they will not be accepted. Defective products will be replaced promptly, subject to availability. If you wish for an item to be replaced, please post a Return Request to receive instructions on the return process / replacement / compensation.
In the case that we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the option of getting a credit note or a refund of the price of the item at the time of purchase, including any postage costs incurred by the customer.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EC).
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or have had their tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
